Project Overview: Airlangga Education Expo 2025

Airlangga Education Expo, or AEE, is an annual event organized by Universitas Airlangga as a platform to introduce academic programs, faculties, and career paths to prospective students. AEE 2025 was a monumental edition — welcoming thousands of high school students from various regions across Indonesia, both in-person and online. Held at the Airlangga Convention Center, the event featured a wide array of interactive exhibitions, talk shows, alumni panels, and faculty booths designed to help students explore their educational futures.

The three-day event was designed not only as an expo, but as a full educational experience. It provided students and parents with first-hand access to the university's faculties, student life, and academic excellence — all packaged in a modern, youth-friendly concept that emphasized discovery, passion, and purpose.

Wayang Kreatif proudly served as the official event organizer for AEE 2025. Our role encompassed end-to-end event execution — from concept development, creative direction, stage and exhibition design, technical coordination, live documentation, and talent management. We worked closely with Universitas Airlangga to ensure that every detail aligned with the event’s mission: to empower students through clarity, creativity, and experience.

We crafted a dynamic and modern event environment tailored to Gen Z audiences, designing immersive booth layouts for every faculty, interactive visual content, and a seamless main stage flow that kept attendees engaged throughout. Our production team managed everything from opening ceremonies to talent show schedules — integrating digital and physical experiences in a way that made education feel both fun and accessible.

The success of AEE 2025 stands as a testament to the power of collaborative creativity. For Wayang Kreatif, it was more than a project — it was a platform to inspire, connect, and ignite futures. We’re grateful to have played a part in shaping an event that left a lasting impact on thousands of students and their journey toward higher education.
